SPIN TO WIN WHEEL – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the Spin to Win promotion offered by Jayco Canterbury at the NZMCA Motorhome, Caravan & Leisure Show, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who purchase a new Jayco RV from Jayco Canterbury during the NZMCA Motorhome, Caravan & Leisure Show.
  • Only one (1) spin of the wheel and one (1) prize redemption is permitted per qualifying RV purchase.
  • Employees of Jayco Canterbury and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Prize Redemption

  • Each eligible purchaser will have one opportunity to spin the wheel and win a prize.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or store credit.
  • If a winner does not wish to accept the prize offered, Jayco Canterbury may, at its sole discretion, offer to deduct the equivalent cost value (including installation, where applicable) of the prize from the final purchase price of the RV. This must be agreed upon prior to settlement of the sale.

3. Limited Prizes

  • Certain prizes, including but not limited to the grand prize of $10,000 off your new RV purchase, are strictly limited to one redemption only and may only be awarded once across the entire promotion.
  • If such a limited prize has already been won, it will no longer be available for subsequent participants. If your spin lands on an already redeemed prize you will be able to spin again until you land on an eligible prize.

4. Prize Collection

  • All prizes must be collected from Jayco Canterbury at the time of your new RV’s handover.
  • Where applicable, prize installation will be arranged by Jayco Canterbury prior to delivery.
  • Alternate arrangements for prize collection or installation may be made at Jayco Canterbury’s sole discretion. Any delays will not entitle the winner to a substitute prize or compensation.

5. General Conditions

  • Prizes are awarded in good faith and are subject to availability. Jayco Canterbury reserves the right to substitute any prize with a different item of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Jayco Canterbury is not responsible for any tax liabilities or implications that may arise from the receipt or use of a prize. Independent advice should be sought.
  • Any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in breach of these terms may be disqualified.
  • Jayco Canterbury reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Jayco Canterbury shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or any prize awarded.
  • Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
